• Melting Point: 110/160 °C [ASTMD3417].
• Softening Point (Vicat) [DIN53460]: 50/80 °C, according to the type of polyurethane.
• Abrasion resistance: 47/160mm³ [DIN53516].
• Colours: unpigmented or as required

Special Versions

Elastar® Ecofilm has high or low melting point for special applications (e.g. seam sealing tapes for clothing, etc).

Carriers

Elastar® Ecofilm made by Chiorino can be supported by a wide range of carriers: paper, polyester or polypropylene film. Other suitable carriers are available subject to minimum orders.

Lamination

Elastar® Ecofilm is available unsupported or laminated on most types of base fabrics or other substrates. Whatever your application, Chiorino operate service and assistance in the bonding of a number of substrates to "design in" Quality for a huge range of demanding applications.

Reels and Slitting

Elastar® Ecofilm is produced in 1500 or 2000mm wide rolls dependent upon thickness selected. It can be slit down to 3mm wide. Rolled up in 76.2mm (3") diameter cores. Protective packaging ensures customer satisfaction.
